What is DSLC?
DSLC is a resource center, (one of California's 28 Centers for Independent Living CIL/ILC) that promotes the Independent Living philosophy through education, community partnerships and advocacy.
DSLC operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives and advancing the rights of people with disabilities in Sonoma, Napa, Lake and Mendocino counties in California, USA.
All of our offices are scent free and offer a variety of programs aimed at meeting the needs faced by people with all disabilities. Most of our services are free. Legal fees are contingent upon winning your case. Further, we offer ADA consulting to businesses and organizations.

Drop-in-Day and Orientation to DSLC Services
Monday Orientation begins promptly at 1:30 (excluding holidays) at 521 Mendocino Ave. Santa Rosa CA 95401 (707) 528-2745
DSLC services are typically available by appointment only. Drop-in-Day A.K.A. Monday Orientation in Santa Rosa, is the fastest way to receive services, as appointments are often many weeks out. We will honor reasonable accommodation due to disability. Please contact our Napa or Ukiah offices to become a consumer with one of them.
Napa Legal Clinic is held monthly on the fourth Tuesday by appointment only. Select for info

Santa Rosa Legal Clinic is held each Monday immediately following our general orientation within our main office
Our Housing Workshop is now a weekly event and part of Drop-in-Day/Orientation Monday, and is an in depth session for consumers seeking resources. DSLC is not able to provide cash assistance.
